I would say CSGO because it would take me a lifetime to get to global, but then I would probably uninstall it in anger.

I would say something like Arma 3 where everything is possible. Endless fun.

You can play it with an low end PC but it will struggle a fair bit and you won't have a nice experience. The Arma engines are very demanding.
