Going for the terminal 23 my court and I have fouled out of like 30 games and he will not pop up no matter what if you can help comment below!

The MJ connection only pops up at the beginning of a season, and after the all star breaks, 2 times per season, You have to do two seasons or sim one to get it after he pops up, (OBVI Foul out a game in the beginning and before the All Star break.)
