1. go to your menu and all settings.
2. go down to personalisation and my profile
3. customize profile and edit the gamertag

no its the not the gamertag, it's the real life name. My gamertag is completely different, I'm looking to change the real name not the gamertag.

Why don't you just make a new account then?
With XBONE as long as their is an account with Xbox Live in it all other accounts can play online.

It's just changing the real life name, I'm sure you can do this.
I don't want to create a new account because I would have no achievements and stuff
