Ok, I understand that people are finding it frustrating and annoying that there servers are keep going down but don't we all. But what I don't understand is why people are complaining to Xbox support on twitter saying the console is shit because they can't connect to the servers. It's not the console that is having the problem. The servers are the problem and when it get round to Christmas time the servers always get bad and that's normally because the servers are overloaded with more people playing on the servers at once. To be fairly honest the servers are never down to long anyway and are normally fixed pretty quick so that's why I don't complaing about the servers going down, especially around Christmas time.

Just as little rant and felt I needed to say something about this.
Comment if you feel the same way or if you feel differently about it.

The reason people are complaining is because they are paying a lot of Money to Buy the console and then give Microsoft more money buy buying Xbox live to play online so people are entitled to have a rant at the support teams as they are paying good money for the service.
