i just need it for games like runescape,minecraft,making youtube videos,and no lagging for it

You won't do much with that PC. It's both used and only cost 100 USD? Bad combo in my opinion. You're better off saving up and building one. If you only have 100 USD..you don't need to be buying a PC(Personal Opinion.)
