Hey so ill start from the top, I recently sold a modified xbox console through skype. The buyer paid through friends and family. I send tracking number, and receipt to him. He then a few days later reports he got the console but it isnt working. I gave him my full attention for three days and how he is claiming a refund. I am still offering to help him at this time. Do i have to refund him?

yes the xbox worked when i shipped it, I sent pictures of it running xex and different games

As long as the console was working before hand and you didn't say refund is available within 'x days' then no you don't. If you are aware that it was broken, then you're a dick.

xbox was in perfect condition, pretty sure he broke it but he refuses to do anything to fix it and threatens to send it back.

Well, if he threatens to send it back and has valid proof that it was broken before hand, you're screwed. If however he doesn't then you get your xbox back and boom, no refund either.

If you told him its not refundable before he bought it then you should be fine. It could have broke when shipping it which I believe isnt your fault.
