Hello, I am willing to pay a solid amount to receive modded grad theft auto v files for my RGH. I would like the files to be working and have a mod menu pre-installed to them. If any one can transfer these to me or upload and give me a download link, I am very willing to pay. Thank you and PM if interested!

You don't need modded files

Just install the game to your RGH and then set the mod menu xex as a plugin on dashlaunch reboot and your set
