Hi, I recently took it upon myself to clean and clear my PC from dust inside of it (there was quite a lot)
I retrieved a soft clutch and cotton swabs for the hard to read places.
It absorbed a good amount of dust, so I plugged everything back in and tried to turn it on.
The PC has led lighting on the inside, which turned on, but the usb devices (mouse, keyboard, headset, and especially monitor) did not turn on, which makes me wonder if it even booted up in the first place.
I'm led to believe that it could be the power supply. I am looking for help and I'm probably going to find a shop nearby that can help me fix my PC, thanks!

You could have built up static electricity when cleaning it out and damaged something, out of all of the components which ones don't turn on? What do the fans spin up on?

The processor fan starts working and the processor heat sink heats up as well, and my gpu fans start working, but my motherboard doesn't beep when booting up, so the motherboard could be the one damaged.

Make sure you didn't unplug anything by accident. It sounds stupid, but it happens.

This is why you should always use compressed air when cleaning PC's...
When you clean components with cloths, it's extremely easy to build up static, especially in microfibre cloths (if that's what you used).
So it is a possibility that and ESD has occurred.
Try completely re-building the PC till you know that everything is 100% seated correctly and plugged in correctly, if no luck then something has died.
