Just purchased a PS4 the other day and every time I attempt to create a PSN,it gets stuck on the "Please wait" loading screen forever.The same issue occurs when I try to enter safe mode. I already attempted resetting my router and that didn't help. Anyone else deal with this?

I Would try to factory reset the console and see if that helps.
