By purchasing I am referring to figure pre-orders.
March 19th, 2015 - The 1/7th scale figure of Utaha Kasumigaoka from "Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend" went on pre-order on Crunchyroll.

I pre-ordered the figure for $100.71 all together, Subtotal: $83.99, Sales Tax: $6.72, and Shipping: $10.00. The figure was scheduled for release in November 2015. The estimated date of arrival from Crunchyroll was November 30th, 2015. It is now a day before I was supposed to be getting this figure when all of a sudden I saw this on my Order:
I have to wait a whole 2 more months for the figure, and I wasn't even informed of this!
Not only did they take my money 8 months ago, I didn't even get an email from them saying at least "Sorry to inform you of the delay on your order" or anything like that!
I don't even know how fast shipping will be, I could have to wait an extra 2 weeks before I get my figure sometime in February.
I would not recommend buying/pre-ordering figures from Crunchyroll.
I would recommend using [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for all your figure purchases.
Why I like them -
-They always offer a lower price for the figure.
-Their shipping is fantastic, albeit expensive for large and heavy figures. I have always gotten my figures in 3 days.
-They actually notify you of information regarding your order: -They do not charge you until the item is ready to be sent when you pre-order a figure.
I always feel satisfied when I order from AmiAmi.
If I would have pre-ordered the Utaha Kasumigaoka figure at AmiAmi, the figure would of been sent and I would have it displayed on my shelf by now.

I bought a hoodie from them once they had plain white hoodies with the crunchyroll logo on it and it took sooooo long to get there like way longer than it should have... but i mean at least i got it.

Glad I saw this now, I was browsing the store page not too long ago, then I stumbled across this, thank you for the heads up, that long of a wait would have KILLED me. I hope your figure turns up sooner than expected so you don't have to wait until the end of January. =/

Well, the figure just came in the mail today. 100% Happy with the Figure, Not at all happy with the ordeal I had to go thru to get the figure.

Dang, and you made this back in December, still can't believe it took that long, incredible patience (or so it may seem).
