I got these new turtle beaches and both sides work fine because when I use tem with my iPhone iPad or laptop theyre great but when i plug them into my xbox one controller adaptor only my right side works. Sometimes the left comes on and sometimes it comes on but i can barely hear it. When i plug the jack halfway into the adaptor i can hear both sides perfectly but when I plug it in all the way only the right side works???? Should I get a new adaptor or is there a fix? Btw my controller and headset are updated and ive tried unplugging them and ive tried blowing in the ports!
