When i load the youtube app on my xbox one it says (To use youtube, please sign in to an account with xbox live membership.) but i have xbox live as i was playing black ops 3 multiplayer 5 mins ago

I Would try re downloading your profile back on to the xbox to see if it fixes the issue.
