The SteelSeries Apex is a great keyboard. It has a lot of color customization options and it isn't mechanical (i myself don't like how noisy mechanical keyboards are)

Ew no, rubber domes. Apex is poo. I have it. I'm letting mine die so that I can upgrade to a K70. If you don't like noise keys, you can get a quieter switch and use o-rings to dampen the sound. Even for a rubber dome option, I wouldn't suggest the Apex, it's just a waste of money. No reason to spend so much for a plastic, rubber dome keyboard. I got mine cheap to test an RGB keyboard, and still regret buying it. It'd be fine for a place holder, but OP already has a kb that he can use, until he has enough for a nice mech keyboard to replace it.

Continuous wrote The OP didn't ask you if they should up their budget, they simply asked for a keyboard in their budget. If you're going to respond to the OP, atleast answer the question they asked.

They both answered OP's question. The fact is that OP needs to up his budget, or stick with his shitty keyboard. OP is not getting a decent mech keyboard for his budget, unless he buys used, and it's not worth wasting £50 on another shitty rubber dome keyboard. Just because they didn't necessarily suggest something, doesn't mean they didn't answer OP, and help him. Just because OP's best option rn, is to not buy anything, doesn't mean he hasn't been helped.

Once again, the OP didn't ask for your or anyone else's opinion(even if your opinion makes the most sense). The OP just asked for a keyboard in the £50-£60 range. Im not trying to argue, but i am starting to get pissed off with people in the forums. Nobody wants to answer the question that the OP asked, everyone just wants to give their opinion, and i see this all the time when people ask for prebuilt computers, people just tell the OP to build their own computer(Not everyone does this, but the majority of people do).
