I would put say Isis has troops. I mean they are a terrorist group that uses guerrilla warfare and surprise tactics, so it's not exactly easy to fight against

It's more like IS vs the world.
They've pissed off the USA, Russia, China, Canada, Australia, France, Jordan, the UK, Morocco, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and a lot of others.

The USA will be screwed if ISIS attacks us. Not because they are more trained, or there are more of them, but because the US does not have the funds for another war. If we go back to war this economy is gone (again).

The war isn't what caused the 2008 blunder. Giving endless supplies of cash via loans to people who weren't even remotely qualified is what caused it.

Well there have been countless times they've threaten usa but nothing happened expect for 9/11. My guess is it's just talk.
