So i went to the "can i run it" Website and says i do not meet the requirements to play H1Z1. Here's my build:

also i tried loading up the game and the frame rate is horrible at high settings and laggy, it might be my drivers but i'm pretty sure i updated all of them then again i may be wrong because i updated them through the disks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry if this comes off as really noobish, but how do i check my drivers exactly? i just installed everything from the disks and i'll try it at lower settings

Did the game experience issues or did that detection tool say you'll have issues?

the game itself is extremely laggy on high settings, havent tried lowering the settings yet and the tool says i dont have enough dedicated video ram

Don't worry about the tool as 8gb is more than adequate. Turn off antialiasing and render distance to see if your gameplay improves. Don't bother with preset settings each build is different.

ok i'll try turning down the render distance and is turning off antialiasing a menu option or something i have to do in one of the settings? I mean i should be able to run this game on ultra with my build just fine

No not really H1Z1 is extremely similar to dayz and both are cpu heavy, yes it would be in the graphical settings to turn down AA and render distance.
