So I'm going to be selling my PS4 and the games and I should be getting a good amount for it. Anyways if the deal goes down I am wanting to build a PC. Here is what I have come up with.

No Peripherals.
Would like to OC (Never did it)

To Sanctorum - My last thread got crowded and was for a different budget! <3

Around the same price, bit better. H5 will do fine for some OC'ing, but if you want, spend a bit more for the be quiet! Dark Rock 3. You'd have to drop the SSD if you want to get the Dark Rock 3 instead and stay around/within budget. The SSD I included is pretty meh, it'd be worth spending an extra $10 for a HyperX Fury 120GB SSD, if possible. If not, the SSD PLUS is fine, still an improvement over any HDD. XFire support too, can easily add a 2nd 380 at any point. I'm assuming you wanted to stick to a black/blue sort of colour scheme.

I wouldn't suggest an overclocking build on this budget, you will sacrifice performance and money spent on the rest of the components due to spending more money on a motherboard, the CPU itself, aftermarket cooler etc. A Xeon would be much better for gaming nowadays as games undeniably are taking advantage Hyperthreading and some i5's are bottlenecking GPUs in newer games such as GTA, Battlefront and Black Ops 3.

I think I'll drop the H5 and ask for them to buy a X61 Kraken for Christmas.

Thanks to Skittle and Sanctorum.

(Thanks for recommending me for gold gifting)
