I am trying to get the Wazer Wifle but I can't seem to find Shaun in the Institute after I've finished the game. Can anybody tell me where he is?

I'm having this problem to, i decided to not brutally decapitate him unlike the rest of the institute to have that paladin tell me she was going to clean him up and i have no clue where he has gone!
