It is possible that you could get a custodial sentence.

What's a custodial sentence?

A judicial punishment.

Examples: prison, therapy, etc.

She wasn't she was on the phone, it's not the first time she's called the police on me but yeah hopefully they'll just shut it down and then I guess I'll buy a phone not on contract

There is a difference between discipline and being a complete dick. Your mother doesn't know the difference. I doubt the police will do anything.

Yeah I hope they don't, she's so annoying I mean I had the money to pay for the contract, even if I'm under aged it doesn't really matter that much but clearly it does to her for some reason

I doubt it's worth any police time to try and do anything with a minor paying for a mobile phone contract. Although, it is fraud. You signed a contract, stating that you were 18 years or above, when you aren't. There's a reason you have to be 18 to get a contract. It's very unlikely that anything too serious would happen.

I don't understand how you can lie on a contract with a cell phone provider? Here in the US you are asked to provide your social security number which the info on the form you filled out needs to match, If not the request to open a account fails as the information doesn't allow it to go through for a credit check...
Highly strange you were somehow able to open one up.
