Everytime I try browsing through stuff my computer sometimes doesn't respond as quickly as I want it to. I have been uninstalling stuff off it because my hard drive is close to being full. If you could leave suggestions on how to make it faster that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

A SSD will improve the speed of your PC by quite a bit compared to a HDD.

You can always defrag your HDD which can help speed things up a bit.

Unless there's something, like a virus slowing down your PC, there isn't a whole lot you can do without upgrading. Re-installing Windows is your best bet without upgrading, but is obviously a pain in the ass. Clean up your storage, delete everything you don't need. Uninstall games/apps that you don't need/use. Defrag your HDD.

As for upgrades, a CPU upgrade, potentially RAM, and the addition of an SSD would do you well.
