I'm sure the majority of everybody has heard about the racial profiling going on at the Missouri State college. About at the same time that happened is when the terrorist attack at Paris happened. Keep in mind, nobody died at Mizzou. The fact this girl cares more about her self and the names being shouted at her rather than the hundreds of innocent people who died in Paris... that's just scum.

People like this have a special place in hell waiting for them.

I dont think its that she "doesn't care" I think it's more about the fact that some events get more attention than others.

Example during WWII everyone was focused on Hitler and the Nazis during the Holocaust and nobody paid attention or did anything about what Stalin was doing to his own people, millions upon millions of Russians were executed in the streets or sent to the worst parts of Siberia.

There was so much more on that Friday.

I know it's going to get tons of downvotes but feel free. Let's go for 50+.

Loads of places on Friday got bombed. A LOT of people died.

There was also a massive earthquake that killed thousands in Japan and they were ( still could be ) on tsunami warning.

What I find ignorant is that no one cares about anywhere else because Paris got all the attention. No one else cares about anything. No PrayForLebanon, PrayForJapan anything.

It's all " paris paris paris " only because it got covered on the media. It's pathetic and ignorant to me how people only care when it's on the news.

Let's make that 300 downvotes

People are being bombed everyday in Syria by the same people, no coverage for them though?

I see where you are coming from, but a lot of bad things are going on besides Paris. She just used a bad example.

she's not being selfish she is being honest.

She isn't saying what's happened doesn't matter.
The media never covers tragedy's like this with Muslims or black people and that's a fact.
I pray for Paris but a lot of you are blind the innocent killings of other minority's.
I would like to repeat what ABB said just so people read it again "People are being bombed everyday in Syria by the same people, no coverage for them though"
For real though this women isn't "scum" she's just shedding light into other issues. you're just an asshole. Assuming too much.
Pray for paris and pray for anyone who has died due to terrorism

If only the people above me realized that she is talking about a small bit of, what she perceives to be racism, on a college campus.
She isn't talking about Lebanon, or Japan. She's talking about a college in America where nobody died and they've been holding these petty '1950ConcernedStudent' protests.

She is a moron. She didn't use a 'bad example' she used the only example she actually cares about.

Good work understanding the topic, folks.

I don't think it's that she doesn't care, but some things don't really get covered... like the earthquake in Japan and I believe there was one in Mexico as well. She should probably do a little bit more research to know that the racial profiling at Mizzou wasn't really a terrorist attack though.

Well, Now please do not take this the wrong way... but I have to be honest.

Paris was a tragedy, Evil such as this should never happen anywhere or to anyone.

However, there are places which have had way worse than the paris attack or the 9/11 attack but people just seem to skip over it.

Where is the pray for Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq and others.

Hell in syria alone the total death count is over 2 hundred thousand, 30 thousand of which where children and still climbing upwards daily.

(again don't take it the wrong way, please understand what I mean here)

Where have you been for the last year?
Whenever one of those police shootings happen, that is literally all the news talks about. Everything else goes on the back burner and they completely focus on those stories until they've milked it for as much as they possibly could.
