h1z1 is in a better position at the moment because there is not much problem with fps and shit, while on ark its not quite as optimized so it lags and you get a lot less fps then you should be getting, but ark and h1z1 are different style games its just more of what you are into, like me personally I would get ark since its a newer game so they are going to be adding many new things to keep it interesting very soon, while h1z1 does it slower.
