I just need a gaming pc that will run games like H1Z1, Arma 3 and GTA V at good settings. I also need a keyboard and monitor.

Will you be overclocking? What is your exact budget, not an estimate.

An i7 is overkill for gaming. 16 GB is not needed. Didn't include keyboard and monitor.

A little over budget. No OCing available. If it's too much over budget swap out the GPU for this -

May want to pick up a aftermarket cooler down the road to keep temps low.

I'd just like to say that an i5 doesn't cut it anymore to be perfectly honest. GTA V has most i5's pinned at 99% CPU usage while an i7 is at 50-60%, newer games LOVE hyper-threading and with that, i'm trying to put i7's into as many builds as possible as it may still be overkill for gaming, but sooner or later they will be the norm like the i5.
Also, RAM. 8GB will suffice but again, newer games are taking a toll on RAM, take the new Star Wars game with a recommended 16GB RAM, plus with the prices of RAM nowadays it isn't that much more to get the extra 8GB which will leave you with a fair bit of headroom.

That's just not true, at all, and you have to all stop suggesting that this is even remotely true. The 4 core FX-4300 has much poorer performance than any recent i5, and it will still perform fine in many, many games. Sure, hyperthreading helps, but it always has. Smfh. 8GB is still more than sufficient. 16GB RAM isn't necessary at all, but it is nice to have.

Funny how many times heard "hurr durr, just get i5 n 8GB RAM lol" when buying my i7 and 16GB RAM.

No keyboard included. You could get an i5-6500 and a 1440p monitor within budget, instead of i7 and 1080p panel, if you'd prefer.
