'Hey guys so I've been trying to get bo3 on the xbox one dashboard since yesterday but i cant buy it because it gives me an error so i checked on the xbox live website and it says the service is limited ): do you guys know any fix for this? ill +rep

No fixes, can only purchase when Online. You don't want to take the risk of attempting to buy it and the transaction not going through and you loose out on the money
