I have tried reinstalling it, hard booting the console etc.

guess I'm screwed lol

Is there any chance you have the new dashboard? I have the same problem I think it's people with the new dashboard

Go to Games and Apps hit the start button on the game and hit Manage Game, and then scroll over to add-ons, nuketown will be there to download. it is 1.26 GB.

Yeah I think it's a problem with that, I bought the digital deluxe version but don't have the giant or Nuketown it's super annoying tbh we just have to wait.

I have installed and re installed it over 10 times already
