I downloaded BO3 on XBOX 1. I WILL BE ABLE TO PLAY AT 12:01am EST correct?

If you are in the U.S. then yes, the game releases for anyone in the U.S. at 12:01 EST

Yes, at 12.01 AM EST you will be able to play it if your in PST then you will be able to play it at 9:01 PM PST. Hope this helped.

Eg in England we can play at 12:01 GMT.
