i recently tried updating my ps4 but when i turn it on it says (checking system storage status, do not turn off the ps4, when the check is complete, the ps4 will restart automatically)
when that gets to 100% it goes onto a new page and says cannot start the ps4, connect dualshock 4 using the usb cable, and then press the ps button.
when i click the ps button it says connect a usb storage device that contains a updte file for re installation for version 3.10 or later, you can download the update file for re installation from plystation. com
i then click ok and it just turns off and the process starts again.
any help would be appreciated
