so recently this happened. I had a normal world of warcraft account. I wanted to upgrade to warlords of dreanor. everything worked fine. the money went off my credit card. and I got my product. a couple of minutes after I get a message that the transaction failed and that they will BAN my account until they fixed it. so clearly they dont hold to their rules of violation. because I didnt do anything wrong. they sucked and I have to pay for it. and they disabled communication on forums.
SO ANYWAYS DONT BUY GAMES FROM BLIZZARD.
BLIZZARD IS VERY UNSTABLE.

Well I am telling they are unstable sometimes your transaction works sometimes it doesnt sometimes they dont give you an overwatch beta key although you were signed up for it for like a year.

Just because it happened to you, doesnt mean its bad. I've made plenty of transactions and they all went smooth. Guess its just bad luck.

You dont have to tell everyone to not buy from Blizzard.

So from the perspective of someone who understand how purchasing things works.

You purchased a product with a bad credit card, they processed the payment and determined your card/purchase was fraudulent. I.E They will ban your Credit Card and the account linked to it. Many, many companies do this, including Steam as an example.

Contact Blizzard's support. They're very helpful and understanding people. Rage posting on a completely separate forum will get you no where.

/facepalm

Overwatch in it's current state is not in Beta. It is in Alpha. Any Blizzard employee will tell you that.

As of right now, this "beta" is for the Press. Meaning big Youtubers, Streamers, and the like. Not random people.

Just because you were the first to sign up for it doesn't mean you'll get it.

Even big streamers don't get it. Sodapoppin has over 1million follows on Twitch, and is generally regarded as the "og face of Twitch and JustinTV" and played WoW for years. And he did not get access.

The world does not revolve around you.
