Not a silly question at all no, I really wish I did because my life would of been so much easier to begin with.

I didn't do IT at school, or college. I'm a self taught developer with no qualifications.
I got my current job based on the fact I have a portfolio of projects I worked on whilst self employed, I obviously now have experience so bigger companies will have the ability to back round check me via another company which is the only way EA could employ me without qualifications
