Thinking of my life and not my comfort i would go to the farm it has animals that i can use for food and it may not have any weapons but that's okay as i can go on a run to collect weapons & other supplies.

i would pick the suburban house and put wood to the doors and windows and hold off in the basement

Number 1 must be in the middle of nowhere .
Basically you have a farm . And a lot of free space to move around .
Number 2 is something I wouldn't pick .
It's in the middle of a town , and where most of the action is taking place.
Number 3 : The mansion probably has a huge fence outside of it .
Which is a perfect set up . Then you most likely have more food supplies at other mansions near by .
You could create a tiny farm with all the space you have . Then you could build more barriers from the zombies .
Their is just so much more to do on a mansion .
So Number 3 is my pick
