Well, it was a good episode, but the way Nicholas looked, it looked like he was just hallucinating, but hopefully Glenn is still alive. They were pulling intestines, therefore with walkers crowding his upper chest, it cannot be possible for his intestines to be up that far, and he wasn't bleeding from the mouth, and I am about 99.9% sure that if we were eaten by walkers, we would be screaming in pain.

I think Nicholas is hallucinating because they ran out of bullets prior to climbing the dumpster, therefore a bullet cannot magically appear, but then again, TWD is going to be TWD.

That's what I was telling my brother. You have to think that The Walking Dead isn't the most consistent show. Hershel was shooting walkers left and right back in season 2 with unlimited ammo.

I have been thinking just recently and I once again re-watced 603.

1. Glenn could possibly be in pain because Nicholas' knife went into Glenn's thigh or he could've easily been in shock, but I really think the knife went into his leg, due to him screaming in pain and the way Nicholas fell.
2. The dumpster theory could hold up if there was an entrance to the sewers underneath, which explains why Aaron and Maggie could be in the sewers, as they could have gone looking for Glenn and Nicholas and found Nicholas, but no Glenn, seeing the entrance and hopping in.
3. The hallucination theory holds up best, as Nicholas was out of ammo and we heard the two clicks come from Nicholas and he magically had one more bullet to coward out with, but apparently Nicotero said in an interview that there was a deleted scene where Glenn told him to count his bullets down and Nicholas got to 2, saving the last for himself.
4. Right before Rick is attacked, he is being contacted, right before we discover who it is, the wolves attack him.
5. They made his death mysterious and they wouldn't do that if he didn't live. Noah's death was clear, Tyreese, Stookey's, etc, you get my point.
6. Steven Yeun was seen filming with Tom Payne, who plays Paul "Jesus" Monroe, which wouldn't make sense for Glenn to be in a flashback scene with Jesus, unless Maggie dreams of both of them.

and no, Glenn could not use Nicholas' guts and blood to avoid being attacked, they were fresh and that attracts rather than repels, it was demonstrated by Shane in season 2.

Overall, I believe he's alive. 80% survival chance.
