Another bad thing on top of this situation is that loading the character took the place of my previous level 20 character who I put a good amount of hours into, so I cannot get him back. I opened up a Rockstar ticket, but it is taking a while.

If anybody wants to get in contact with OnlineMods and tell him to unblock me or ask him if he will at least redo my account if Rockstar even rollsback my character, that would be very nice.
