Budget is about $450 (Can go over $10) But would like to stay under or at that.

No peripherals are needed. I plan on getting a cooler for Christmas.

~$430 - No Peripherals

I decided to go with a Pentium G3258 to save money instead of going for an X4 and having to buy a new motherboard. So if you make any changes I would like a Pentium. (Something had happened irl to where I wasn't able to buy the parts after I made the original post)

I don't need a cooler right away, can get one for Christmas.

Thanks

Add something like a Cryorig H7, or Pure Rock to cool it.

If you're adamant about an Intel rig, get this;

Don't get a G3258. You'd still be better with an 860k rig, but w/e. As for cooler, CM 212 EVO, Hyper TX3, or be quiet Pure Rock.

I was going to upgrade to a 4690k down the road.

260x > 750ti?

Why would you get a B85 chipset motherboard then, if you planned on upgrading to an unlocked chip? The G3258 would just be an unpleasant experience while you own it anyway. The G3258 will stutter in many games, especially newer ones.

Yes, the 260x is better than the GTX 750Ti.

PSU is horrible, looks horrible. Wouldn't get that case, would definitely not get that cooler, wouldn't even get an aftermarket cooler in this tight of a budget.

Not bad for the budget;

Didn't think of that.

There is a program which lets you play games that doesn't support dual cores

Yes, you can use work arounds to use dual cores in games that don't support it, but it can be a pain in the ass. It also won't stop the G3258 from stuttering or anything. It'd be worth getting a G3258 rig if you can get a nice Z97 motherboard and only if you can upgrade to an i5/i7 within 3 or 4 weeks, but in that situation, it'd make more sense to go with a Skylake Pentium rig IMO. The 860k is a great choice for budget rigs and with the 860k, you could just hold on to it and save for an AM4 or Cannon/Kaby Lake upgrade in a year or so.
