Twitch Overlay Needed

Hey everyone!
So I'm about to start getting into streaming, and obviously I'm going to need an overlay just to make things look a bit nicer.
The main games I aim to stream will be:
I will be needing some overlays for those games, alongside Offline, Be Right Back and general facecam interaction overlays.
I know what everyone interested in this is thinking, and YES, I am willing to pay for these to be done if you would like me to, although free things are always great, with lots of credit to be received in return!
I'm looking for someone who can make these professional and personal to me, not just a template.
Design ideas:

- Runescape/Darkscape
- FIFA

As for the games, having something to do with these games on the overlays would be great, such as my favourite team (Ipswich Town) on the FIFA one, or a player from that team.
As for League of Legends, an overlay that outlines all of the spells and things would be nice, but leaving the areas the spells would be, as for my viewers to be able to see them.
For Runescape/Darkscape, there isn't really a lot I want as such, but maybe something like this one I found online:

My links to social media would need to be included, but getting more onto those can be done once I've found someone who would be interested in this small project.
