tip dont stream games with alot of traffic ie lol dota 2 csgo destiny hearthstone and some others to get viewers post on twitter game forums and some other sites that would help you

Do something different. Don't be like the typical streamer who sits and just plays a game. Have fun with your viewers. Read most of their comments, include them if you can. Being good to your viewers will always help. Once you rack up some views, do small giveaways. Such as 48 hour xbl trials, etc. Good luck!

these guys are correct. I streamed castle crashers and got about 10 people to watch when I get a usual 3 lol.
