There's always a chance of you getting banned regardless of what console the account purchase the points ect. At the end of the day it's fraud and against just about every rule. So do at your own risk.

It's so tempting to buy one as the new TOTW looks incredible but I don't know if I want to take the chance

No the UT was created on my Xbox though I couldn't access UT due to me not creating it on my Xbox.

So I done it on a friends and it worked fine.

there is no chance of a console ban and every year people jump on the bandwagon about being banned one way or another,so what if they come from a stolen credit card,i have bought 3 of these accounts and getting more later,hate all you want i dont care,i just dont use goldah anymore(i did twice) i just use the company i have bought coins from for the last 2 fifas,enjoy your cheap points and dont listen to people unless they provide hard evidence,which thry cant
