I made the mistake of buying an iPhone from a local CEX store. I have had the phone for a few months now so it still remains under the CEX 12-Month Warranty.
I am just wondering is it known as 'Physical Damage' for your iphone not to read SIM cards and when it does, connections and signals dont work etc.
Just wondering because I want to take it back but I don't want to waste a journey to the city just to be told its not covered.

Take it back and say the faults, surely they will sort it. I would make the trip because trying to use a faulty phone is not worth it...

They should be able to repair but if they don't then just get rid of it and sell the phone would be the best option.

They will either have to replace or most likely refund you.
If they dont the go to trading standards about it.
