Works fine for me? Did you add the devs repo? If not, add it (getdelta.co) then you should be good to go.

I added this repo and flex still didn't work? On iOS 9.0.2

Flex 2 works fine on iOS 9. Paid version of course not pirated.

Go to cydia and delete any pirate repos you have installed.
Search Flex 2 (if you don't delete your pirate repos, click on the blue one)
Tap purchase and follow the steps. It's only like $1.99 or something like that.
