So I wanna build up my games on PC, but I want to wait for the next sale.

Whens the next BIG steam sale? Is there a Halloween one? or do I need to wait for Christmas.

Also when do the Christmas sales start

I'm pretty sure there is a Halloween one. Not sure though. Also, I don't know the exact date of the Christmas sale. Last year I think it started on the 31st of December.

Steam sales have become more shit over the years, so i don't really looks forward to them anymore.

There will more than likely be a Halloween Sale for a few days closer to Halloween.

^^This is spot on. About 2 years ago, I managed to get CS Complete with all four CS games for about 4 quid in a sale however I haven't seen it become that price since then.

There will be a Halloween sale, but it will probably only be over a weekend, the Christmas sale will be the big one, but no announcements on when that will be yet. You are best off just putting games you want on your wishlist, it will notify you when one goes on sale, and regular sales can be better than the big sales

A key thing to remember though is that you have already bought the games that appeal to you...
I always see Bioshock on sale, among other games I love, but I obviously can't buy them again.
