If you could change any small or big detail in a anime what would it be? It can be drastic change or maybe just something completely "pointless". Just by going off the top of my head the currently airing anime "God Eater". I would've liked to see in episode 6 (Also don't really think me mentioning something about EP.6 was that big of a spoiler but if it is i'll happily put it in a spoiler tab)
when Alisa is surrounded by the amagari(or whatever they are called) that lenka picks up her "god eater" and he gets bite by it on his shoulder. Then it could've turned into a somewhat romantic scene were the mc protects a girl but is really injured. I know its cliche a bit but I love myself a good action romance anime. Maybe even after that they could've gotten closer or something along the lines of that. Of course this isn't the best example but it's the most recent thing I would have liked to see changed. What about you guys?

If we are talking god eater... I would have changed the scene where the black aragami stabs him he goes ham and like bonds with his god eater makes himself super op and just destroys the thing and she is like ermergerd i love jajaj...ect how i would have wanted it cause im all about them op mc's :3

I'd probably make the endings to Akame ga Kill and Tokyo Ghoul S2 not suck.

Tokyo Ghoul's ending sucked because the events of the anime are a lot different compared to the manga. Events happen in the anime which are never featured in the source material and vice versa. Tokyo Ghoul RE: takes place after the events of the Anteiku raid (the ending to Root A in the anime, in the manga it is just one continuation known as "Tokyo Ghoul"). With the way the anime ended and how its events took place in comparison to the manga, I don't believe it's possible to adapt RE: into a animated series. The anime is just a glorified advertisement to get you to buy and read the manga (which you should do, it's infinitely better than the shitty anime). If you haven't read RE: but you have seen both seasons of the anime, I would recommend completely re-reading the series to get a feel for the actual events which take place (no spoilerinos).
So going as far as changing Tokyo Ghoul, I would say just make it stay true to the manga so that RE: can actually take place.

Honestly I think that they can still make a TG:RE anime. All they need to do is change somethings or they'll go a different route with a somewhat same ending like ROOT A did.
They have about 3 different routes they can go from now.1 Kaneki and Arima still end up fighting. Kaneki will of course loose and Arima will take a liking to him or something that shows that he has interest in Kaneki. They erase his memory and puff they can go the original story line for TG:RE. The only thing that will be kinda weird would be how Tsukiyama obsession with Kaneki will feel "fake". I say "fake because the anime made it really clear that Tsukiyama is obsessed with Kaneki but it wouldn't be the same as the obsession he has on him like in RE.
2 would be Kankei just surrendering and they would erase his memories. This isn't much different from the first one but it's a possibility.
3 Is the one that I believe will not happen for a matter of fact this is like a less than 1% possibility. That would be him still going into the ccg but he still retain all his memories. This is so far fetched but hey after Root A they don't give a **** about the manga at all.

The ending of Akame ga Kill wasn't canon, it took a different route from the manga from the point where Lubbock and Tatsumi get detained by that brown dude.

I doubt it, that's probably an OVA or some kind of special. They released a trailer for season 3 a few months before the season was released and there hasn't been any trailer for season 4 yet.
