One of the major economies will crash (U.S. or China), which will cause virtually all economies to crash. At that point, terrorists will basically be free to run around everywhere and anywhere they wish as there will be no one to stop them. They will slaughter people like crazy, release chemicals/viruses into water supplies, and destroy everything in their path.

Whilst all of that is happening in the Middle East/Africa, here in America (and maybe Europe to, unfamiliar with it) gangs will come out of the dark and basically do the same thing. Of course everywhere will have pockets of resistance, but that will just mean more people will end up dying.

On top of that, perhaps some crazy leaders like North Korea's and Israel's will just send nukes out to their enemies just because they can. Which, of course, will cause more countries to do that as well in response.

In my opinion, the world will not end, but we will kill each other off. If not that, we will go back to primitive times.

Everyone else is talking about Nukes and crap, the question wasn't about humans, it was about Earth. The demise of humans would greatly help Earth. It be able to sustain itself again.

There are so many different made up bits of rubbish said about the world ending in all honesty I do not believe any of them. The world will never end in my eyes. But the only thing is that resources will slowly die out such as coal and other fossil fuels.

rofl always one. When people say how do you think the world would end I would say 99% of the people asking are talking about civilization or life on the planet being wiped. If there is no one or no thing to experience life on earth is it really alive?

Technically the world will end when the sun expands and eats it but I don't see humans ending civilization anytime in the foreseeable future. The countries with the possibility of nuking the world into apocalypse probably understand that using nukes is pointless and no one wins with them.

War, we will all get nuked I think.
