Hey guys I have seen a lot of people getting their accounts hacked (Mostly youtubers ofc) I was wondering what do these "Hackers" even do cause it seems so easy (to get account details on ea's helpdesk. Is EA's helpdesk this stupid or what??

It really is, and it is not 'hacking' it is just manipulating EA live chat representatives into thinking that you are the account owner and getting them to change the details.

Its not hacking, not in the slightest, its knowing abit of information and knowing how to use it lol.
Its probably the easiest thing ever trying to hack a fifa account

It really is, and it is not 'hacking' it is just manipulating EA live chat representatives into thinking that you are the account owner and getting them to change the details.
So if it's that easy, why don't a lot more people do it? And the EA chat reps won't just change someones information just because they're asked too, you at least need to know somebodies security question.
