Okay, so when i start up netflix, everything works fine, all the movies work fine, but then when i go to watch Prison Break, about 5-10 seconds in, every time it just freezes and takes to a screen and it says "We're having trouble playing this title at the moment. Please try again later or select a different title". It works fine for one of my friends. I've already watched all of this around 2 years ago, i dont know if that has to do anything.

Have you tried the generic response of restarting the app, the device you're watching on and your router?
