so im looking to get the aether 2 mod and i want to know if there is any item added into it so you are able to fly? or do i need to get a seperate mod and if so what is a good mod for it? im getting this for my server

It does contain flying animals. I'm unsure about a sole object that allows flight though.

If I remember correctly, there were wings. I havent played Aether in a while so I might be wrong, but I think there is something that lets you fly.
