I would consider it meat. Most that argue that fish isn't meat have probably come to this conclusion form thanks to some religious influence. For instance, mammals were once considered to be the only source of meat. When different religions would (and still do) fast, they were allowed to eat fish since it wasn't considered.

So it's likely the same people that argue that fish isn't meat, are the same people that argue a woman got pregnant without having sex...

I'd consider it meat, but that's just me.

I mean yeah I would consider fish to be meat. I think we only consider Land mammals as meat lol.
