So I preordered 2k15 at my GameStop in Albany Georgia and I'm in South Carolina right now in Charleston for a visit so if I want to get the game would I have to pay it off here or will I have to pay it off there because it comes out on Friday if you preordered it which I did and I want to finish the pre order off today. Will I have to call gamestop in albany and tell them to transfer the preorder here?

Visit the store where you are right now or call them, and they should be able to transfer all of the purchase details over from the other store to their store.
