I have all the ideas, I just need help actually programming and developing the site! I have basic knowledge of HTML and a little bit of CSS but I need someone to help me create the website code and help develop it. PM or reply if you're interested!

You need a bit more than that. You need a pretty advanced knowledge of JavaScript to create the bot, put the "skins" in the database, and add it to the pot. If you don't know js don't even bother trying.

A lot of PHP knowledge is more applicable,

I think he wants to make a form and have it add to the database and then display the pot...

Due to your lack of coding skills, I'd suggest leaving it because your gonna have a lot of CSRF attacks and forms bring a lot of SQL errors if you don't know how to code.
