I bought fifa 16 from this site yesterday.
Received a confirmation email, and they were quick to respond to my emails when I asked a few questions.
I am getting the account details sent to my email address tomorrow, and I am able to play the game on tuesday (I'm in the UK, which fifa 16 is released on the 24th).
I'd say it's legit.
With a discount code i got it for £18.

Looks legit, but pretty weird you're given accounts to sign into and not codes. You could be getting hacked accounts or accounts with stolen credit cards on, so watch out.
