this is super simple all you need is 2 people and a whole lot of time
form a party go to the grotto and pull mobs to the first area so that the npc's will help you make sure to only pull one room at a time dont worry about re-spawning and broken gear the npc's will hold aggro only go up to first boss disband party leave repeat 2 runs = 1 lvl
