Making new accounts and buying EA access doesn't work to play on your main again EA have patched it according to a few guys on reddit.

A shame really because the money saved from not buying any fifa points this year I'd have used to make new accounts to play on my main and use all my coin boost and just spam offline seasons/tournaments to build my coins up.
