The problem im getting on feature points is that i have 26k points, when i try purchase the $25 paypal cash for 15k points i get a error screen saying i cant. Anyways here are some screenshots of what i mean.

No clue but have you tried jailbreaking your device and "buying" points?

Nah i was jail broken on IOS 8.3 but feature points isn't a site in which you can purchase points like that. Its more about graft and referrals.
